Internal Communications Strategy, Planning, and Delivery - Implement full-scale communications programs, processes, and tools to maximize effectiveness, drive business objectives, and influence behaviors over time. (Examples: Companywide strategy, organizational change, software implementations, process rollouts, leadership transitions, M&A activity, HR Communications)

Employee Engagement - Develop and align full-scale engagement programs to support employee wellbeing, inclusivity, professional development, ideation, collaboration, and connection. Leverage programs, and storytelling to deliver clarity, promote culture, and drive essential conversations between leaders and teams. Effectively use tools, processes, and systems to support improved planning, foster clarity, and improve productivity.

Executive Communications  - Identify communications goals and desired outcomes in partnership with executive leadership, management, and employees. Provide strategic communications counsel and support to establish frameworks that foster trust, transparency, clarity, connection, and improved communication over time.

Tools, Process Evaluation, and Measurement -  Evaluate existing communications channels, tools, processes, and measurement criteria (Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Performance Management, etc.). Identify opportunities to align, streamline, and invest in resources to reduce barriers, strengthen connections,  and foster collaboration across leaders, functions, and teams. Evaluate and implement improved technology, communications governance, and evolved process management,  accompanied by comprehensive change and communications plans for delivery and adoption. 

 

Change Management - Combine proven change management systems and tactics with comprehensive communication, project plans, and strategies to deliver results and drive desired outcomes.
